Punchglass Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Punchglass, an app that helps contractors and their clients track home renovation projects together. By creating an account or using Punchglass, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

1. Accounts

You need an account to use Punchglass, as either a contractor or a client. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

2. Subscriptions

Every contractor account can run one active project for free, indefinitely. Running more than one active project at the same time requires Punchglass Pro, an auto-renewing subscription:

• Price: $14.99 USD per month (or the equivalent in your local currency, as shown at checkout).
• Billing: Charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and automatically renews each month unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: Manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Apple ID subscription settings. Canceling stops future renewals — you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• Refunds: Handled by Apple according to their standard App Store refund policies, not by us directly.

Pricing and what's included with Punchglass Pro may change from time to time; we'll give you reasonable notice before any change takes effect for existing subscribers.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the project data, messages, photos, and signatures you add to Punchglass ("your content"). By using the app, you give us permission to store, process, and display your content solely as needed to operate the service — for example, showing a punch list item's photo to the client connected to that project, or including a signature in a closeout report PDF.

You're responsible for your own content and for having the right to share it (for example, only uploading photos you're allowed to use). Don't upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Nature of the service

Punchglass is a communication and record-keeping tool for tracking renovation work — it is not a party to, and does not guarantee, the quality, completion, or terms of any contracting work performed between a contractor and a client. Any agreement about the actual work, pricing, or timeline is solely between the contractor and their client.

5. Account deletion and termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings inside the app. A contractor account's deletion permanently removes every project that contractor owns, for both the contractor and any connected clients; a client account's deletion removes that client from every project they've joined without affecting the contractor's copy.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for unlawful or abusive purposes.

6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Punchglass is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including disputes between a contractor and a client about the underlying construction work.

7. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, we'll update the effective date above. Continued use of Punchglass after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
