Punchglass helps contractors and their clients track home renovation projects together — punch lists, change orders, messages, photos, and closeout reports, all in one place.
Common questions
- How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Settings, and tap "Delete account." Deleting a contractor account permanently removes every project that contractor owns; deleting a client account removes that client from the projects they've joined. This can't be undone.
- How do I manage or cancel Punchglass Pro? Go to Settings inside the app and tap "Manage subscription," or manage it directly through your Apple ID subscription settings on your device.
- How does the free tier work? Every contractor account can run one active project for free, indefinitely. Running more than one project at the same time requires a Punchglass Pro subscription ($14.99/month).
- I'm a client — how do I join a project? Your contractor will send you an invite code. Open Punchglass, sign up (or sign in) as a client, and enter the code when prompted.
- Something's not working right. Email us at the address above with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot — that helps us track it down faster.
